Where projects get complex, AI needs guidance – not just answers.
Real estate, construction and project business connects many stakeholders, documents, versions, deadlines, dependencies and economic consequences. AI can organize documents, prepare communication and structure decisions – when it does not work freely alongside the project but is guided within a clear architecture.
No real-estate, construction or legal advice. No hardware or software sales. No autonomous project decisions.
The model can be chosen freely. The project logic must not depend on the model.
New European and international models, new cloud offerings, administered enterprise platforms and more powerful local systems will keep coming to market. Some companies work with external cloud AI, others with business or EU workspaces, their own server, a local workstation or a hybrid combination. Each of these can make sense – depending on project phase, task, data, responsibility, team and existing IT.
What matters, therefore, is not committing to a provider too early. What matters is an architecture that sits above the respective model: it clarifies use cases, roles, data spaces, source and version states, project knowledge, quality criteria, stops, handovers and approvals. This way the technology can change later without having to rebuild project logic and accountability.
A model produces text. An AI architecture turns it into guided project groundwork with clear sources, responsibilities and approvals.
For which project world?
Three application worlds along the project lifecycle – each with an orientation paper to download.
Project briefs, document and gap checks, options, bank and partner communication, due-diligence work lists as well as status and decision logs – without automatic acquisition or investment decisions.
Construction meeting minutes, defects, change orders, schedule and interface information, authority and client communication as well as site diary and status reports – with clear source, version and approval logic.
Tenant, owner and guest communication, fault and ticket structure, handovers, service-provider coordination, recurring notices and controlled property knowledge.
Four reasons guidance matters
Many stakeholders & interfaces
Owners, buyers, banks, notaries, planners, authorities, contractors, tenants, service providers and internal teams work with different interests and information levels.
Documents, versions & assumptions
Plans, contracts, calculations, minutes, photos and decisions change. Without source and version logic, AI can convincingly mix up wrong states.
Sensitive data & trade secrets
Personal, property, negotiation, calculation, financing and project data must not be processed in an uncontrolled way.
Responsibility & impact
AI outputs can affect costs, schedules, contracts, quality, safety, customer relationships and project success. The approval stays with the responsible person.
Technology provides possibilities. Architecture turns them into a robust project way of working.
KI-Architekturen does not sell hardware, software, licenses or classic IT implementation. Models, providers and infrastructure can be chosen to fit the company and the respective project.
My contribution sits one level above: I translate real project and property workflows into clear AI work modules. This includes use cases, project phases, roles and responsibilities, data and access rules, source and version states, context and knowledge spaces, quality criteria, review paths, stops, handovers and human approvals.
This architecture does not prevent every possible error. But it ensures that AI is not used randomly, with wrong document states or without recognizable responsibility. The model formulates – the architecture guides.
Six questions answered before every output
Goal & project phase
Which concrete improvement should emerge in which phase?
Role & responsibility
Who contributes, reviews, decides and approves?
Data & access
Which documents and information may enter which technical space?
Sources & versions
Which plans, contracts, minutes, calculations and states apply?
Quality & stops
How do you recognize a good result – and when must the AI stop or ask back?
Workflow & handover
How does an answer become a verified next step in the project or property operation?
Models can be replaced. Project logic, source state, accountability and quality standard must remain stable.
In three steps – protected and measurable
Understand
Together we clarify project phases, bottlenecks, existing systems, sensitive documents and the activities where AI can genuinely provide relief.
Design the architecture
I combine use cases, data rules, source states, project knowledge, quality, workspaces, handovers and approvals into a fitting guiding logic.
Test in a protected way
The architecture is tested, measured and refined with anonymized, historical or low-risk cases. Only then are productive data, interfaces and infrastructure decided on.
Make AI not just available – but robust in the project.
I will assess with you where AI provides relief, which data spaces make sense and which architecture fits your company, your projects and your existing technical environment.
